To collect and redistribute surplus wheelchairs, walkers,
and all other kinds of medical equipment to those who may otherwise go without it.
To build an equitable and healthy society
where everyone has fair access to their medical needs.

Wheelchairs are expensive. And for most people, the need for them or other crucial medical equipment arises ant a time when they are most vulnerable. In the wake of an accident, people struggle to make ends meet through medical bills and stress, and during these trying times, a walker, crutches, or a CPAP machine could be absolutely necessary to keep up with their lives. This is where we come in.

Southwest Medical Aid fills the gaps in Arizona’s healthcare system by providing free surplus medical equipment to anyone who asks. We maintain a large inventory of wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, toilet seat raisers, and more, all generously donated by Tucson residents and local healthcare providers.

Whether you have medical supplies or funds to give, we will always put your donations to good use!

PSMA is always looking for more volunteers and offers opportunities for all skill levels and interests!

Are you, or is someone you know, in need of medical supplies? PSMA works with a large network of organizations in the Tucson area and beyond that can help.
